Break the rules

"Maverick" is a 16.2 bay OTTB gelding born in 2010. After six years on the racetrack, this horse knows how to get around the jumper ring. With wins in hunter derbys, Marshall & Sterling classes, equitation, and even leadline classes, there isn't much this horse can't do. He's easy enough to pack a kid around in any ring, but has the scope and heart for a junior or adult rider to compete in the higher classes. Maverick has a brain and heart like you wouldn't believe. He loves kids and always helps his rider. You'll always see those ears perk forward once he has his eyes set on the jump!

Foxmor First Kiss

"Flirt" is a 13hh black full welsh mare. With stunning looks and a great kid-friendly personality to match, there's no question why she is a barn favorite. She's up for all the fun and games at home, but always ready to win her kids the blue ribbon at horse shows. Flirt is one of our favorite ponies for the leadline-crossrail divisions at shows. Thankfully, the judges love her just as much as we do!

Shimmering Forest

"Forest" is a 2007 chestnut thoroughbred gelding. Him and his owner, Nora (one of our trainers), moved down to Florida at the end of the summer of 2021. He loves to teach our beginner and intermediate riders how to ride on their own and how to jump! Forest is as cuddly as he is kind and can always be found with his head out of his stall, waiting for treats!

Bluewind Star Gazer

"Nova" is a 2016 14.1 3/4 half welsh pony with looks and talent to match! While Nova loves to be pampered on the ground from people of all experience levels, her true love is in the jumper ring. She has the hunter breeding talents, and the blues to show for her top of the class modeling, but when she hears the buzzer, she's off. Nova has never left a show without a tricolor, winning a majority of her classes. She's a great teacher, but her rider requires a need for speed if you're planning on jumping. Nova has a great side job of being a leadline super star at the shows as well! We think she just likes everyone looking at her!

Revel in chaos

"Riot" is a Selle Francais that made the journey over to the states about a decade ago. This french bred superstar is a force to reckon with in the jumper ring! While you can typically catch her showing off her talents with Nicole in the irons, she does make a couple special appearances with some of the little kids. Now, she has taken to being a mom and is expecting her baby mid 2026!

Bluewind's Newest Addition!

We are so excited to announce Keepsake's 2025 filly! She was born in PA where she will stay for a few months while she figures out her long "land" legs. We hope to have her join us this fall in Florida. Safe to say we're all excited to have her come home!
